Kyle has been trying to clean up our garden area so we can plant a garden this year. It's been neglected for a couple years so there is much to do. These past couple of Saturdays he's gotten the kids (and the dog) all excited to do "hard labor" with him where they go out and help him weed and throw things away. He puts plastic around the kids shoes so they don't get muddy. Mostly the kids just go out and find worms in the dirt. This week Alison helped prune the apple trees. It's a big treat for them to do "hard labor". :)
I believe a circus accurately describes our family. With five little kids and a dog we're always putting on a show!

Oh your kids are so cute!
Takes a good man to get kids to think "hard labor" is fun. Keep up the good work.
This is such a kick!
