Since we just moved to Santa Clara we decided to keep things simple and had a low-key birthday party. Unfortunately, Kyle had to be in D.C. for business so it was just Hollie and the kids. Alison decorated her own cake and then we had a little party. Alison wanted to make flower pens and then go swimming so that's what we did. She didn't have many presents to open because she had previously chosen a bed set for her new room as well as a few outfits to wear. It was a lot of fun.
